RADIO // The Interview Show
Sabine Mohr Will stops by the Kunstlerhaus Frise to interview Sabine Mohr. She talks about her most 2010 collaboration with the Muu Galeria in Helsinki. Like the fathers of Leslie Thornton and Brian Dewan, Sabine's father was also a physicist. Merely coincidence? Perhaps not, considering the relationship Mohr sees between physics and the arts. Sabine discusses Joseph Beuys's great influence on her generation of artists in Germany, and coming to terms with an artist who's staggering reputation exists mostly in the form of artifacts of his performances.
