Phil Smart is quite the world traveler, racking up more frequent flier miles than almost anyone. Phil killed the crowd at P.S.1's summer Warm Up 2005 concert series. He's twice been named Australia's top DJ and recently made the move from Sydney to Byron Bay, possibly in search of better waves. In this special mix, he plays his own unique brand of tech-house. He's a laid back guy who admits that "dance music isn't everything, and I see my musical journey continuing as long as my metaphysical journey." We're pretty sure this mix was not done in a cave, though...
