of Rochambeau, Post-Hoc and The Arcades, as well as more recent work.
and edited The New Collected Poems of George Oppen.
Davidson is the also the author of the poetry collections The Mutabilities & The Foul Papers (Sand Dollar Books) and Summer Letters (Black Sparrow Press). He edited the monumental The Collected Poems of George Oppen (New Directions) and has also written, among other works, The San Francisco Renaissance: Poetics and Community at Mid-Century, an historical study of the literary and social bohemias of its namesake's urban oasis, and Guys Like Us: Citing Masculinity in Cold War Poetics, an exploration of notions of masculinity and sexuality in post-war literatures (26 minutes).
