A hapless drug dealer is exposed on a blog; a pharmaceutical copywriter rewrites his own life; a failed novelist rebuilds New York in the Midwest; and an aspiring journalist visits an Eastern European village inhabited by all the women who've starred in all the porn he's ever enjoyed. Four New Messages showcases the emotional intensity and verbal dexterity that have established Cohen as one of America's most brilliant writers.
