Phong Bui interviews Jonas Kyle and Miles Bellamy, owners of the much-adored Williamsburg booksellers Spoonbill & Sugartown; the three reconnect for the first time since Kyle's contribution to the third issue of the Rail, an essay called The Ethics of Selling Books. They discuss their backgrounds in literature and bookselling - at one point they worked in a bookstore that specialized in Bibles, study guides and pornography -, meeting in high school during an LSD transaction, the value of the bookstore and attempting to plumb the effects of their respective upbringings on their current careers (49 minutes).
