Gary Indiana & Louise Bourgeois, To Whom It May Concern
Originally aired 10/8/12

The writer, essayist and journalist Gary Indiana reads from his 2012 publication, To Whom It May Concern, produced in collaboration with Louise Bourgeois and published by Violette Editions. The reading is followed by a discussion with Chrissie Isles (Anne & Joel Ehrenkranz Curator at the Whitney Museum of American Art). Recorded November 2011 at 192 Books in New York City.

Originally published in a large-format limited edition of seven copies, To Whom It May Concern pairs Louise Bourgeois' luminous male and female torsos with Gary Indiana's prose poems, in a meditation on physicality, sexuality and relationships. Violette's publication reproduces this artist's book.
