Delphine Blue wandered downtown to sample PULSE New York, the invitational contemporary art fair that coincides with the Armory Show, at the 69th Regiment Armory, home to the legendary 1913 Armory Show. PULSE endeavors to bridge the gap between established and alternative art fairs.
