Oestreicher, curator (In Search of the Lenape: The Delaware Indians, Past and Present), lecturer, consultant, and independent scholar, spoke about the Lenape people (an Algonquian group of Native Americans from the northeastern American woodlands). They are also called Delaware Indians. In Pershing Hall on Governors Island.
