Lovebug Starski is an Hip Hop originator and true legend, and is even rumored to have coined the phrase. In 2005 he reunited with Tha Veteranz and old cohorts DJ Hollywood and Butchie B at PS1's summer Warm Up music series.

DJ/Remixer Nickodemus held down residencies at Giant Step and Organic Grooves, teamed up with DJ partner Mariano in 1998 to create Turntables on the Hudson, and his mixtures grabbing from Africa to Brazil and Brooklyn are on Wonderwheel Recordings.
