Andrew Bonacina

Andrew Bonacina is a curator and writer living in London. Alongside co-directing The Island, he is Curator at International Project Space in Birmingham with upcoming commissions by Juliette Blightman, Laure Prouvost, Redmond Entwistle and Gareth Moore. He formerly worked as a curator at Chisenhale Gallery, London. Recent independent exhibitions include 'From The Gathering' at Helen Pitt Gallery in Vancouver and he is currently curating a large-scale collaborative project with Charles Atlas and Mika Tajima at the South London Gallery for April 2011. He is a regular contributor to frieze magazine and has written for numerous other titles published by Mousse, Phaidon Press, Taschen and JRP Ringier.
