Now on View! Nervescape, a colorful, organic, and beastly installation by Icelandic artist Hrafnhildur Arnardóttir aka Shoplifter with sound by Kría Brekkan in the Clocktower's upper gallery. On view noon-5 pm., Tues.-Fri. all summer. More details and directions HERE.

Also on View Prisoner Fantasies: Photos from the Inside a fascinating collection of self-portraits of and by inmates organized by artist Dave Adler, Mary Mattingly's Flockhouse living pod project, and other long term exhibits.

Javelin's Canyon Candy Extended through Summer! (Tues.-Fri., noon- 5pm) The Clocktower Gallery exhibition features a large screen viewing theater for the 16-minute film by Mike Anderson and music by Javelin alongside a winding walk through a maze of life size dioramas including a wind-washed cabin, termite hills and cactus fields with glimpses of coyotes, campsites, and lawless hijinx. Javelin has created a multi-channel surround-sound environment embedded in Anderson’s set with sounds of crickets, howling winds, mysterious voices, and drifting melodies.
