Residencies

In the 1990’s, the Clocktower Gallery initiated the renowned International and National Studio Program, a residency program which included Keith Haring, Kenny Scharf, and Christian Marclay, and artist collectives such as Colab, Parasite, Art for AIDS, and ACT UP. The Clocktower continues to produce adventurous work by artists across creative disciplines, through residency programs ranging from audio art and installation to new media and radio theater.

Mikkel Hess is a Danish songwriter and composer, who will develop new music, rehearse his ensemble Hess Is More, record demos, and produce a radio series while working in our recording studio at the Clocktower.
